I hope that maybe you can keep an open mind as to why this could be a possibility of a great deception. There is a reason that God never wanted people to worship Idols. In Exodus 20:4-5 he specifically said; “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness [of any thing] that [is] in heaven above, or that [is] in the earth beneath, or that [is] in the water under the earth: 5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God [am] a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth [generation] of them that hate me;” The jealousness of God is a righteous Jealousness. It’s like a husband protecting his wife from a man trying to seduce her into his trap. This command was to protect us from becoming spiritually lazy and was to help understand to whom are worship was directed to. There was also another reason for the commandment. It was to protect us from the coming deception during the Antichrist reigns. Revelation 13:14-15,”And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. 15.And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.” Here lies one of the reason God did not want us to worship Idols. It was supposed to be a warning for us from being deceived and to know the evil work of that Man of Sin. Can you think of any image that comes alive the way the Virgin Mary Statue does. Apparitions, crying statues, and bleeding statues of the Virgin Mary are reported worldwide. The image spoken of in Revelation 15 has some translation interpreting as making an image for the beast. Who is this Image that is brought to life by the False Prophet? Could it be a hologram, an image of the Beast, or an image of the Virgin Mary? This statue is supposed to come alive and deceive the world. You will be forced to worship this image or be killed for refusing. They will make you bow down and offer your love to this image instead of our redeemer who deserves our love and worship. The world is ripe for a deception. It will be to such a degree even the Elect will be deceived. Will you be able to see through the fog of lies in the end times from being sucked into a deception? Open your eyes and mind from the matrix of this world system.

Amira said the statue “spoke to her” and told her not to be afraid. After a neighbor witnessed the oil, word soon spread. Parts of the statue appear to be slick with moisture, even after it is wiped off. The family says it is most striking when a “tear” seems to roll down the statue’s cheek. Our mediator to God is Jesus, not the virgin Mary. The oil on the statue is what interests me. Remember there was unexplained oil on the blinds in that demon possetion story you posted a few days ago? I would be curious of the composition of that oil and the oil on the statue. What ever it is, this is a deception from the devil for sure. It saddens me that catholics believe this is a sign from God.

I have heard of this “oil thing” before but didn’t connect the dots until this article. I will see what I can find out on it. I know oil is a symble of the Holly Spirit in the Bible. Saten likes to immitate so maybe it has something to do with that.

Spend your efforts in writing about what you have in common. This is just divisive and not helpful, really. Catholic bashing is not love, even if you think your telling the truth. Jesus would not write this…John teaches us that the true mark of a follower of Christ is love..1 Jn.4:7-8…use this as your guide.
We, as Christians are told to tell the truth in love. I don’t see this as Catholic bashing, but looking for the truth of a matter. You might also remember that Jesus didn’t mince words when he addressed the Pharacies and called them a bunch of vipers.
Fine if that is your definition of love….Jesus had the fortitude to confront those who were distorting his Father…face to face, it was not slander by internet. Just a word of wisdom for future posts.

Jesus loves His mother Mary and She is with Him in Heaven. He wants Her to be honored. The Bible (which tells us not everything is written in it that Jesus did) honors Mary as full of Grace and Jesus performed His first miracle when the Blessed Mother at the wedding of Cana said there
was no more wine and Jesus turned water into wine. Numerous apparitions approved by the Roman Catholic Church have produced many, many miracles. Jesus founded one true church
and this is the Catholic Church and all others are false and founded by mere men.
I have to totally disagree with you Dolorosa. Yes, Mary was full of grace, but she is NOT God or anywhere close to being. Worshiping her would be like worshiping idols which is forbidden. The true church (not made by any man) consists of all those who have taken Jesus as their savior. That is the church I belong to. The bride of Christ.
Hi dolorosa. I have no problem with honoring other people in the Bible. God has honored men in the Bible many times. At one time I was a practicing Catholic until I opened my bible and began to understand what God wanted and not what Man wanted. True we could honor Mary and I do believe we can to a certain extent but Jesus who loved his mom had the opportunity to honor her and elevate her and he did not not in Matthew 47Someone said to Him, “Behold, Your mother and Your brothers are standing outside seeking to speak to You.” 48But Jesus answered the one who was telling Him and said, “Who is My mother and who are My brothers?” 49And stretching out His hand toward His disciples, He said, “Behold My mother and My brothers!…50″For whoever does the will of My Father who is in heaven, he is My brother and sister and mother.”. This was his opportunity to Honor his mother and he did not to elvate her to the way the Roman Catholic Church has done. I ask you with a sincere heart to search scripture to discern what is right and what is wrong. I cant do that for you. You should never take my word for what I write, but you should take Gods word for what he spoke.
