SCROLL DOWN FOR NEWS LINKS AND VIDEOS: The theory about Al Qaeda being involved in the disappearance of the plane was mentioned early on during the crisis. A Telegraph article written in March had Saajid Muhammad Badat confess that a supergrass was involved in the hijacking. Here is what the Telegraph wrote { Evidence of a plot by Malaysian Islamists to hijack a passenger jet in a 9/11-style attack is being investigated in connection with the disappearance of Flight MH370

An al-Qaeda supergrass told a court last week that four to five Malaysian men had been planning to take control of a plane, using a bomb hidden in a shoe to blow open the cockpit door.

Security experts said the evidence from a convicted British terrorist was “credible”. The supergrass said that he had met the Malaysian jihadists – one of whom was a pilot – in Afghanistan and given them a shoe bomb to use to take control of an aircraft.

A British security source said: “These spectaculars take a long time in the planning.”

The possibility of such a plot, hatched by the mastermind of the 9/11 attacks on the Twin Towers in New York, was bolstered by an admission by Najib Razak, Malaysia’s prime minister, that the Boeing 777’s communications systems had been deliberately switched off “by someone on the plane”}. Could we be close to an end game? What is the connection with Al Qaeda and the missing plane? I truly feel we could be on the brink of finding the truth very soon! Thank you for visiting These Christian Times and God Bless You.

MIRROR.CO.UK: The mystery has deepened over the exact contents of the cargo on-board Flight MH370 when it disappeared eight weeks ago.

It has now emerged the Malaysia Airlines plane was loaded with items which have not been made clear on the publicly-released manifest.

It is known the aircraft was carrying 4.566 tonnes of mangosteens, an exotic fruit.

It also had a separate consignment which contained 200kg of lithium batteries.

However, the separate consignment totalled 2.453 tonnes. And it has not been revealed what made up the rest of that weight.

As reported by Mail Online, a spokesman for the company which shipped the batteries said he could not reveal what made up the remaining cargo READ MORE: http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/missing-malaysia-airlines-plane-mystery-3492778#ixzz30nmcMTcQ

Eleven Terrorists with Al Qaeda Links Arrested On Suspicion Of Flight 370 Disappearance!

DAILYMAIL ONLINE:A group of 11 terrorists with links to Al Qaeda were yesterday being interrogated on whether they are behind the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines flight MH370.

The suspects were arrested in the capital Kuala Lumpur and in the state of Kedah last week and are members of a violent new terror group said to be planning bomb attacks in Muslim countries.

The interrogations come after international investigators, including the FBI and MI6, asked for the militants, whose ages range from 22 to 55 and include students, odd-job workers, a young widow and business professionals, to be questioned intensively about Flight MH370 READ MORE: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2619388/What-havent-told-cargo-MH370-Mystery-deepens-missing-flight-claims-loaded-2-3tonnes-items-not-listed-manifest.html

THE STAR ONLINE: Malaysian police have brushed aside a Daily Mirror report which claimed that the 11 alleged militants arrested in Kedah and Selangor last week were being interrogated on the disappearance of Flight MH370.

“That’s rubbish! This has nothing to do with the missing plane,” Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said when contacted.

The militant group, which was targeted last week by the Bukit Aman Special Branch Anti-Terrorism Unit, is believed to have networks in Syria and southern Philippines, and was planning to send Malaysian fighters to Damascus.

Khalid said police would investigate the possibility that the group was recruiting foreign students via social media, adding that more arrests would be made soon READ MORE: http://www.thestar.com.my/News/Nation/2014/05/05/IGP-refutes-British-papers-report-over-militants-arrests/
