Are we on the doorstep on Isaiah 17:1 coming true? The Obama administration has sent warship into the Mediterranean and ready to fire missiles into Syria. Damascus will be the epicenter of an attack, because Bashar palace is located there and it’s the city he currently resides in. That is food for thought for you my Prophecy friends. There is one more Prophecy that people may not know that relates to Damascus and it is found in Jerehmiah 49:23-27, 23 Concerning Damascus. Hamath( MODERN HAMA) is confounded, and Arpad (MODERN ALEPPO) : for they have heard evil tidings: they are fainthearted; there is sorrow on the sea ( WARSHIPS FIRING MISSLES?); it cannot be quiet. 24 Damascus is waxed feeble, and turneth herself to flee, and fear hath seized on her: anguish and sorrows have taken her, as a woman in travail. 25 How is the city of praise not left, the city of my joy! 26 Therefore her young men shall fall in her streets, and all the men of war shall be cut off in that day, saith the Lord of hosts. 27 And I will kindle a fire in the wall of Damascus, and it shall consume the palaces of Ben-hadad. I could be wrong but could Aleppo and Hama be attacked? They are valuable cities to Bashar and his grip on his country. Iran and Russia (Ezekiel prophecy on the horizon) have basically warned the United States not to attack.  I feel that we are on the verge on something very big and prophetic that will alter the whole world. If and when Damascus is destroyed, a countdown will commence. The hour glass of prophecy has begun and as more sands empties from it you will begin to see a clearer picture of that prophetic hour. It is that hour that I call The Day of the Lord. It will be knocking at our door. Syria is only one piece of that puzzle that needs to be put into the picture. It will be a chain event that could make America irrelevant in the Bible.

I thought you might appreciate this article:

Though it’s not Egypt, action is imminent. You have to admire the methodical way in which Obama exerts his power. Just think, if Bush had been a little slower in his decision-making, we may have still gone to war, but maybe with the right country.
